Your journey to your new vehicle.
Step 1
Search & Order
- A. Search for a vehicle you would like to purchase.
- B. Select the country and port, and choose any additional options to calculate your total CIF price.
- C. Click "INQUIRY NOW" or "BUY NOW".
- D. Fill in your personal information to receive a "proforma invoice" or make a payment "online".
Step 2
Payment
Using "Inquiry Now"
- A. Download and print the proforma invoice delivered to your email or My page.
- B. Proceed to your local bank to make payment via Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer). Once payment is made, email or WhatsApp a copy of the bank receipt to [email protected], or WhatsApp +81 90 2259 7799.
Your vehicle will remain under negotiation until payment is made.
Using "Buy Now"
Click the "Buy Now" button to complete payment online through PayPal or with a credit card.
Step 3
Shipment
- A. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed with booking the shipment for your vehicle.
- B. After confirming your shipping booking, we send you the shipping schedule for your order.
- C. We send you a copy of the vehicle export certificate and a draft of the Bill of Lading (B/L) before the ship departs from Japan.
It will be useful for organising your customs clearance documents.
Step 4
Send Documents
Once the vehicle is shipped, we send you the original documents required for customs clearance via EMS or DHL Express:
- Original Export Certificate
- Original Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Translation of Export Certificate
- Original Invoice
- Vehicle other documents
* Contact your customs clearance agent for guidance — you need to clear your car before importing it.
Step 5
Receive Your Vehicle
Once you receive the shipping documents, you can begin the clearance process for collecting your car and registering it in your country.
